1. When the "Titanic" left Queenstown on or about 11th April last -

72 to the Engine Room Department, and,
97 to the Victualling Department.

Of the 97 belonging to the Victualling Department 20 were women.

Out of the total number of 66 belonging to the Deck Department on board immediately before the casualty, 43, i.e., 65.15 percent, were saved.

Out of the total number of 325 belonging to the Engine Room Department, 72, i.e., 22.15 percent, were saved.

Out of the total number of 494 belonging to the Victualling Department, 97, i.e., 19.63 percent, were saved.

Out of the 23 women belonging to the Victualling Department 20, i.e., 86.95 percent were saved.

The passengers who embarked at Queenstown were presumably all Irish and amounted in numbers to ...... 113
