Relationship to Titanic disaster / inquiries.

Westbound. Departed Liverpool April 3 for Tampico, Mexico. On April 15 passed two small icebergs about five miles apart.

Later that day at 41.26N, 49.36W, encountered the southern edge of a very large ice field containing about 30 bergs of various sizes. The field "appeared to be 17 miles long."
