March - June 1909

Made three Naples-New York crossings for White Star Line.

1909

Registry transferred and the vessel began flying the Belgian flag.

1912

Registry reverted to U.S Flag.

April 1915

Chartered to Panama Pacific for six months, on a New York-Panama Canal-San Francisco route.

Upon return to IMM service, Finland was placed on American Line's New York - London and New York - Liverpool routes.

1917

When America entered the war she was taken over as a US troopship until torpedoed 150 miles from the French coast. She reached St Nazaire where she was repaired.

September 1919

Decommissioned.

1920

Returned to service, running on Red Star's Antwerp-New York route and American's New York-Plymouth-Hamburg route.

November 1923

Sold to Panama Pacific.

1928

Scrapped.
