TO THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE UNITED STATES, FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF NEW YORK: -

I, Alexander Gilchrist, Jr., the Commissioner named in the order of this Court made and entered in this proceeding on October 4th, 1912 before whom the claims of all persons for any and all loss, destruction, damage or injury occasioned by or resulting from the disaster set forth in the libel and petition herein were required to be presented on or before January 14th, 1913, which time was extended by subsequent orders entered herein to April 15th, 1913, do respectfully report that the following claims were presented to me: -

The aggregate amounts of the claims herewith reported are as follows:-

  For loss of life, as per Schedule "A" $6,758,459.95
  For loss of life, as per Schedule "C" 7,587,497.80
  For loss of property, as per Schedule "B" 1,461,044.59
  For loss of property, as per Schedule "C"  298,162.39
  For loss of property, as per Schedule "D" 89,102.90
  For personal injuries, as per Schedule "D" 410,454.00
     
  Making a total of $16,604,731.63

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

That all of said claims are herewith presented to me.
